My Yoga approach

Yoga can be intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be.

You are ready to start yoga wherever you are and however you feel about your body. I remember being nervous at my first class, seeing pictures online of people in poses that seemed impossible for my body. I teach a zero-pressure, zero-competition style, using a variety of props and techniques so anyone can enjoy the benefits of yoga.
